if you are unable to attend your volunteering, it is your responsibility to find someone to complete the task. We all have to work together in order to run a smooth, safe and fun day.
Please be Covid safe – practice good hand hygiene, social distancing and stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
You will receive a Covid19 declaration form by email. It is essential that you and any grooms, parents etc complete the online form. There will be a list at the gate and only those that have completed a declaration form will be allowed to enter the competition area.
All scratchings please text your name, horse’s name and test to Sophie on 0400 449 136.
Arena familiarization will be available all day Friday and after 4.30pm on Saturday.
If you wish to order stable bedding or feed, please contact Powells Stockfeeds on 6282 4937 before 5.00pm on Tuesday. They will be delivering on Thursday. Please advise hem your stable no.
All scoring is electronic and results can be accessed at Nominate.com.au under Equestrian, Results, Current Events.
There will be no presentations. Riders who place or win a championship should collect their rosette or prize at the container. Riders who place first, second or third in an official test* will also need to provide their bank account details at the container to receive their prize money.
Rosettes to sixth in all tests. Prize for all champions sponsored by Lark Hill Winery (except Young Rider champions!! Their prizes are sponsored by ACTDA.)
*Prize money for first, second and third in all official tests with five or more horses entered. Prize money for first and second for tests with four horses entered. Prize money for first for tests with three or less horses entered.
First $100, second $80, third $60.
There will be a food van on the grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
For those camping; toilet and shower facilities but camping sites are not powered.
No dogs are allowed in the competition area even if on a leash.
